Completing Progress Reports

 

After entering tasks in InteGrade Pro your students will have a grade on the Weighted Spreadsheet where you enter their scores.

 

When you are ready to complete the progress report Select Progress Report from the Spreadsheet popup menu.

 

 

The progress report screen contains six columns of information. The first column is the grade. The next two columns are for attendance that will be entered by the guidance department. The last three columns are for comments that you can select for each student.

To enter the progress report grade Click on the box at the top of the progress report grade column and select Replace Task

 

      

 

 

Select a class and its associated weighted spreadsheet and click the Next button

 

 

 

Select the Weighted Type Spreadsheet Grade and click Next

 

Select the Raw Score and click Next

 

On the next screen click OK

 

 

Grades will be entered into the column

Attendance will be entered by the guidance department

You can enter up to three comments for each student by right-clicking the mouse in comment column on the row of each student.

 

 

If you would like to enter a comment that does not appear on the list, you can ask the guidance department to include it for you.

When you are finished entering your comments you can send the reports to the guidance department by selecting Export from Gradebook under the File Menu

 

 

 

On the next screen you will see that the Progress report box for the current period is checked. Click Next

 

 

Your screen will look like this. Click Export

 

 

Make sure that your teacher number is highlighted and Click OK

 

Your information will be sent to guidance.

 

You can also email progress reports to parents or print them for parent conferences.
