The board of
school directors believes that quality teaching is of critical importance to
a sound educational program and regular appraisal of teaching is crucial to
improving the total educational process. Staff evaluation is used to advance
student learning. A
continuous program of performance appraisal shall be conducted by the
principal and/or designee in accordance with the process adopted by the
Addison Northwest Supervisory Union Board. |
