At the next regular or special meeting following the annual election of board members, the board will elect its officers for a term of one year or until successors are elected. The officers of the board shall be chair, vice-chair, clerk, and three (3) voting delegates to the Addison Northwest Supervisory Union Board. The board may appoint a recording secretary who may be an employee within the Addison Northwest Supervisory Union. In the
absence of the chair from a regular or special meeting of the board, the
vice- chair will preside. If both the chair and vice-chair are absent, the
clerk will preside. |
