The superintendent will
establish and maintain an orderly plan for preserving and making accessible the
policies adopted by the board and the rules and regulations needed to put them
into effect. Accessibility will extend at least to members of the board,
administrators, faculty and staff, students as appropriate, and to persons in
the community. The board's policy manual will be considered a public record and
will be open for inspection at the Office of the Superintendent during regular
office hours.
All employees are expected to know and observe school policies. The superintendent will inform employees of new policies and revisions of existing policies.
