The main agenda item was planning for the May 9 meeting with the principals.

There was much discussion about the purpose for the meeting which will be to have the administrators help us to focus our work in partnership with the principals. Some comments during the discussion were: “we don’t need to rebuild, but rather share what our process has been, not to identify, but to solidify”, “administrators help us narrow our focus”, “think differently, outside the box, what do we want from principals?”, “help every student realize their potential, what would it take to accomplish that?” ,“improve student learning”, “keep it simple”, “we need to process together”.
