Why aren't all elementary school under the ANWSU operating with the same curriculum at this point anyway and why aren't all children under this same umbrella on equal footing anyway. Shouldn't that have been up to the supervisory before now? Doesn't the current curriculum meet all State and Federal legal requirements and if not, why not?

Why couldn't the Union Boards be unified anyway and leave the budgets, etc up to the individual towns. I am assuming this is for the curriculum and treating each child equally, which should have been happening right along. That way for example I wouldn't have the tax liability of Ferrisburgh or Addison's improvements? I am very interested in seeing the figures that Donna has come up with as if the program were already in place.
