80% at 5 wpm on all three rows of the keyboard with correct fingering and eyes on the keyboard.
Spreadsheets Accurately and appropriately  represents data in a variety of contexts including pre-built spreadsheets

Database

Communications Use and cite internet resources, using teacher prepared strategies. Uses and cite  internet web pages and electronic resources using teacher prepared strategies.
Programming
Creates a slide presentation including title slide, graphics, text, voice, sound,
related to topic and documentation of sources.

Word Processing Composes and edits a longer piece using a word processor with accuracy and speed of 80% at 15-20 wpm on all three rows of the keyboard with correct fingering and eyes on the monitor or copy.

  Embeds graphic, text wrap, resize, and non-textual elements (arrows, lines, shapes)

Composes and edits a longer piece using a word processor with accuracy and  speed of 80% at 20-25 wpm on all three rows of the keyboard with correct  fingering and eyes on the monitor or copy.
Can format writing with

 Use spell check and thesaurus
Embeds graphic, textwrap, resize, and non-textual elements (arrows, lines, shapes)
Spreadsheets Create a spreadsheet from a blank page, including simple formulas and simple

Database Enters data into and manipulates an existing database by browsing, sorting  and  searching/finding/querying
Creates, enters, and manipulates a database using ascending and
descending, sorting, and searching/finding/querying, using a single criterion.
